Commission on Nuclear Projects

The Nevada Commission on Nuclear Projects was established by law in 1985 to advise the Governor and Legislature on matters related to the disposal of radioactive waste and to oversee activities of the Nevada Agency for Nuclear Projects. The Commission operates pursuant to the provisions of NRS 459.0091- 459.0092.
